Swim Days with the Studmuffin
I am thrilled that Preston is very much enjoying his outdoor life this summer, including the pool. His first summer he was happily in his little tube, last summer he wanted nothing to do with the pool and this summer he thinks he is the next Michael Phelps. He refuses his vest (which I understand since he immediately flips onto his back and if he is right side up it squeezes his cheeks). He is too young for the floaties and he has to be careful of the water in his ears. He just loves the pool though. Here is Preston chillin' outside and with Aunt Tinka "swimming."

Love those Yankee swim shorts!! He needs to give Evan a lesson on how to be cool and have fun at the pool!!
I love that first picture of him! It looks like he has a very proud aunt :) So glad he loves the water! Hopefully we have plenty of summer time left for it!

I am happy to hear Preston is loving the pool! It gives me hope. We went out and bought Caden a pool but he really doesn't want much to do with it!

Lovin' the pool pics! He is studmuffin...look at those muscles! Maybe one day Cole and Preston can swim together...Cole just loves the pool!

I absolutely LOVE achon "muscle" arms!
Preston is such a cutie! It looks like he loves the water. You should try floaties though. With Hannah we used floaties and one of those suits that had the vest built in and she was able to "swim" by herself and it did not flip her to her back because of the floaties. Now she just uses floaties and loves it.
He's so cute! Yeah he really wanted me to let him go but I was like, as slippery as you are I'm holding on tight! I think he may end up being a really good swimmer! I hope you can get him to a YMCA soon so he can start learning butterfly (Aunt Tinka's specialty)!

Preston will have to visit Owen's cousin Drew down in FL and swim in the Gulf! He'd love it.
So Cherylle showed the pics to Caitlin and she smiled and giggled - we're gonna have to set the two of them up next year at the national! Hehehe... cute little boy!
Taylor told me that Preston is "hot". Too much time with her 11 year old cousin this week, I think. He is adorable, as always! Trace loves the water too - he yells, "let me go mommy, let me go", yeah right. I can't find any floatation devices that will work either, although I have never even tried swimmies because his upper arms are so small they could not possibly fit.

OMG! I didn't even read the title of your post and when I saw the pictures, the first thing I thought was "What a little stud muffin!" Man, you have that kid pegged. He looks big to me! Is he big? Anyway, I feel like a deadbeat blog buddy because I haven't commented in a while. The I Pod video is hilarious. Try to catch him singing some hair band music, I would pay some good money to see that.
