Seriously! This summer is just flying by! Last weekend my mother and I raced to get last minute pool toys because I’m sure tomorrow all the back to school items will be out with Christmas decorations waiting in the wings. It’s been super hot here in the RVA this past week. Preston has become quite the fan of the pool even submerging himself under water and jumping into the low end. Just a few pics from this week:
This past Saturday Preston was asked on a date with Kelly and Alec to go see Cars 2. Kelly sent him a card in the mail decorated with all Cars stickers. He was bouncing off the walls excited Saturday morning, even agreeing to grab a sweatshirt just in case the theatre got cold. I think he thought he was hot stuff not going with mommy.
Kelly also bought Pres a goodie bag with Cars figures, stickers, a bowl and a dry erase board. He had the best time. Thank you Kelly and Alec for treating Pres to such a good time. Yesterday my parents hosted a big Raab BBQ. I could not even fit all of the appetizers in one photo! Then there was dinner and dessert!
Happy Fourth everyone! Big week ahead-a visit from the Camengas, Williamsburg with the Greenes and a POLP get together on Sunday! Whoo hoo!

Preston is so mature to go on a "date" to Cars2 without you. We haven't seen the movie yet. Caden saw a preview for it and now refuses to go see it because he says, "Im a little worried about the fire". Whatever. I told him we could cover his eyes, but it didn't work.
